Including an input language lets you set a language-preference order for websites and apps, in addition to alter your keyboard language.

Select Start>Settings> Time & language>Language & area.

Select the language that has the keyboard you want, then choose Alternatives.

Select Add a keyboard and pick the keyboard you wish to add.
Note: If you don’t see the keyboard you desire, you might have to add a new language to get additional options. If this holds true, go to Add a language pack.
