Essential: Responses just fully work when the reactor and the sender of the e-mail both have Exchange Online mail boxes. If the sender of the email is not on Exchange Online, then the reaction will be sent in the form of a fallback e-mail instead.
Responding to an e-mail
When you get an email you wish to send a reaction to, pick the responses button near the top right of the message window and you’ll see a gallery of reactions you can pick from.
Select your response and it will be sent out to the
