Develop or edit a macro
To create or modify a macro by using Visual Basic for Applications, do the following:

On the View tab, select Macros.

In the Macro dialog box, type a name for the macro.

In the Macro in list, click the design template or the discussion that you want to store the macro in.

In the Description box, type a description for the macro.

Click Develop to open Visual Basic for Applications.

The macro recorder, which automates regular tasks, isn’t readily available PowerPoint. But you can use Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to develop or modify macros.
