Overview Stigma and discrimination associated to psychological health conditions are widespread and hazardous. Reducing stigma and discrimination can benefit households, societies and economies– it can save lives. The toolkit provides useful assistance on how to achieve this, based on three core evidence-based concepts: leadership or co-leadership by individuals with lived experience, social contact, and inclusive partnerships. These 3 concepts can be understood utilizing a four-step process: recognize and define goals, strategy and prepare, launch and discover and show and proceed. Twelve case research studies from all throughout the world are provided to debunk the process. Preconception and discrimination can be ended if each of us acts as one using the concepts in this toolkit.
