constitution states: “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of illness or imperfection.”A crucial ramification of this meaning is that mental health is more than simply the lack of mental disorders or disabilities.Mental health is a state of wellness in which a specific recognizes his or her own abilities, can handle the normal tensions of
life, can work proficiently and has the ability to make a contribution to his or her community.Mental health is fundamental to our collective and specific capability as humans to think, emote, interact with each other, earn a living and delight in life. On this basis, the promotion, protection and repair of psychological health can be considered as an important concern of people, neighborhoods and societies throughout the world.
