How to Consume Healthy Meals at Restaurants (Published 2015)

Healthy junk food is no longer an oxymoron.

Don’t be puzzled by Chipotle, Five Guys and other hot chains, which serve more delicious food than McDonald’s but still do not concentrate on health. There’s another, albeit smaller, rising group of dining establishments with menus that are both yummy and healthy.

These chains consist of Chop’t, Lyfe Kitchen, Maoz Vegetarian, Modmarket and Native Foods Cafe. At these, you can often eat a meal that has a reasonable variety of calories, and a good selection of nutrients, without believing too hard.
