Change spacing between paragraphs

Click Style, then Paragraph Spacing. Choose which spacing you desire (the default is Open), and discover your whole document will sneak peek as you mouse over the different settings.

If you do not like those options, click Custom-made Paragraph Spacing and alter the numbers under Paragraph Spacing.

Don’t want to change the spacing in the whole file? Click anywhere

  • in the paragraph you wish to alter.

  • Go to Design, and under Spacing, click the up or down arrows to adjust the range before or after the paragraph. You can likewise type a number straight.
