Gain Access To your Account Personal Privacy Settings

To access your personal privacy settings when you open any Workplace application: Select Account in the bottom of the left pane, and under Account

Personal privacy, choose Manage Settings. If you already have an Office application

  • open: Go to the File tab, choose Account (or Office Account in Outlook) in the bottom of the left pane, and then pick Manage Settings.

  • To access your privacy settings in the brand-new Outlook for Windows:

    1. On the View tab, choose View settingsand choose General.

    2. Select Personal privacy and information then choose Privacy settings.

    This opens the Account Personal privacy settings dialog box where you can pick your personal privacy options.

    Notes:

    • This uses to Office variation 1904 or more recent.

    • If you’re using Workplace with a work or school account, your administrator might have configured what settings you can alter.

    On Windows these settings use to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Gain access to, Job, and Visio.

  • the View tab, choose View settings. On the General tab,choose Privacy and data and select Personal privacy settings. Note: Users with a personal account will have extra settings on this screen, but the button for Privacy settings stay the very same.

  • Personal privacy Settings. This will open the Personal privacy Settings menu where you can select your personal privacy choices. On iOS these settings apply to Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    , Outlook, OneNote, and Visio. To access your personal privacy settings, open any Office app, choose your account picture in the upper-left corner, and select Privacy Settings. This will open the Personal privacy Settings menu where you can pick your personal privacy options.
